Історичний характер державного бюджету

Abstract

У статті проведене дослідження історичного розвитку державного бюджету, походження слова «бюджет» та сучасне його значення. Визначається утвердження принципу гласності бюджету як визначальну умову розвитку бюджетних відносин. Автор визначив як необхідну умову складання бюджету на 1 рік та дослідити еволюція тривалості бюджетного періоду в різних державах. In the article there is the conducted research of historical development of the state budget, origins of word « budget » and his modern value. Claim of principle of publicity of budget as determining condition of development of budgetary relations is determined. An author defined as a necessary condition of budgeting on one year and research of evolution of duration of budgetary period in the different states.
