Неформальний ринок венчурного капіталу як джерело фінансування інноваційних проектів

Abstract

Висвітлено сутність поняття «інноваційний проект» із зазначенням аспектів його розгляду, визначена актуальність розширення способів фінансування ризикових інноваційних проектів з метою підтримки розвитку малого та середнього бізнесу в Україні, розглянуті стан та можливості неформального ринку венчурного капіталу в країні та обумовлена доцільність залучення фінансових ресурсів його учасників для забезпечення достатнього рівня інвестицій у інноваційні проекти.It is defined the essence of the concept of «innovative project» with the indication aspects of its review, determined the topicality of the extension ways of funding risky innovative projects in order to support the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine, considered the condition and capabilities of the informal venture capital market in the country and caused the expedience of attracting financial resources of its members to ensure a sufficient level investment for the innovative projects.
