Доведено, що підхід до інтеграції компанії повинен бути комплексною системою, яка регламентує весь процес інтеграції, починаючи від визначення стратегічного наміру інтеграції, процесу ухвалення стратегічних рішень та закінчуючи описом конкретних практичних кроків щодо управління та реалізації інтеграційних процесів.
