Abstract

Встановлено важливість використання в процесі концептуального проєктування готелів всебічної інформації щодо чинників, що впливають на діяльність підприємства сфери гостинності, узгодження цієї інформації із ціннісними і цільовими установками бізнесу, а саме місії створення і функціонування готельного підприємства, що лежить в основі формування і концепт-проєкту готелю, і принципів, що у майбутньому будуть зорієнтовані та використані в оперативному управлінні вже введеним в експлуатацію готелем. The importance of using in the process of conceptual design of hotels comprehensive information regarding the factors affecting the activity of the hospitality enterprise, the coordination of this information with the value and target settings of the business, namely the mission of the creation and operation of the hotel enterprise, which is the basis of the formation and concept project of the hotel, has been established , and principles that will be oriented and used in the operational management of the hotel already put into operation in the future.
