Модернізація оцінки ефективності фінансування розвитку підприємств у контексті міжнародних практик

Abstract

У статті розглянуто концепцію модернізації оцінки ефективності управління фінансуванням розвитку підприємств у контексті міжнародних практик. Проаналізовано підходи міжнародних організацій (OECD, World Bank), а також моделі Balanced Scorecard, Performance Prism, SMART Performance Indicators. Запропоновано інтегровану модель оцінювання, яка поєднує фінансові та нефінансові показники, орієнтовані на стійкий розвиток підприємств машинобудівної галузі. The article examines the concept of modernizing the evaluation of the effectiveness of enterprise development financing management within the context of international practices. Approaches of international organizations (OECD, World Bank) and models such as the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Performance Prism, and SMART Performance Indicators are analyzed. An integrated evaluation model is proposed, which combines financial and non-financial indicators focused on the sustainable development of enterprises in the machine-building industry. The use of a multi-indicator system ensures a comprehensive and objective approach to assessment in an unstable external environment.
