Анотація
У статті досліджено основні підходи до визначення доцільності здійснення консолідації капіталу підприємств. Розглянуті основні етапи та наведено схему послідовності прийняття підприємствами рішення щодо здійснення консолідації капіталу з потенційним партнером.
In the article the basic approaches to the determination of the appropriateness of the capital consolidation companies. The main stages and shows a flow diagram of the adoption of enterprise solutions for the implementation of the consolidation of capital with a potential partner. Determining the feasibility of consolidating the company's capital with a potential partner consists of five stages. This definition of financial - economic condition of the enterprise market, the formation of motivation and awareness of the need for the implementation of capital consolidation, defining the purpose of consolidation, the selection of a potential partner and decide on the implementation of the capital consolidation company. Presented in the paper chart of the adoption of enterprise solutions for the implementation of the consolidation of capital with a potential partner can be used to solve optimization problems of consolidation of capital in enterprises.
