Abstract

У статті досліджено основні підходи до визначення доцільності здійснення консолідації капіталу підприємств. Розглянуті основні етапи та наведено схему послідовності прийняття підприємствами рішення щодо здійснення консолідації капіталу з потенційним партнером. In the article the basic approaches to the determination of the appropriateness of the capital consolidation companies.
