Abstract

В современных упаковочных комплексах электромеханические, пневматические, гидравлические приводы и их комбинации используются для бесступенчатого изменения скорости вращения, возвратно-поступательного движения и обеспечения сложных законов перемещения рабочих органов машин. Гидравлические типы приводов в упаковочном машиностроении почти не применяются. Пояснением этому может быть как сложившаяся традиция в компоновке, так и показатели сравнительной характеристики. The article deals with the problem of actuator selection for packaging machinery on the basis of comparative characteristics of Electromechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic actuators and their combinations, to achieve stepless speed change rotation, reciprocating motion and supports the complexity of the laws of movement of working bodies of machines. The authors substantiate the need for a combined positional and tracking actuators, hydropneumatic is able to move a mechanical object of control associated with the rod of the pneumatic cylinder, the desired law and accurately stop it at any desired position.
