Анотація
У статті проведено аналіз основних демографічних чинників, котрі мають вплив на формування трудового потенціалу регіону. Встановлено, що до вказаних факторів відносять чисельність населення, природний рух населення, його статевовікову структуру, міграційні процеси в регіоні та тривалість життя. Негативні демографічні тенденції в Чернігівській області спровоковані в основному умовами проживання, недостатньо розвиненою соціальною інфраструктурою, відсутністю роботи у більшості населених пунктів. Скорочення чисельності населення відбувається як серед міських, так і серед сільських жителів. Значні темпи скорочення сільських жителів відбувається за рахунок від’ємного природного приросту та негативних міграційних процесів. Наявний трудовий потенціал погіршується не лише якісно у зв’язку з відсутністю перспектив оптимального працевлаштування серед молодого населення, але й кількісно у зв’язку з від’ємним демографічним балансом. Сприяє негативним тенденціям у поступовому зменшенні населення області і механічний рух населення. В регіоні еміграція перевищує імміграцію. Загальний економічний стан країни та області, зокрема, змушує все більшу частину населення іммігрувати у пошуках роботи та кращих умов життя, не лише до суміжних регіонів, а й сусідніх держав.
Негативні демографічні фактори стимулюють процес старіння населення області, що також дуже негативно впливає на трудовий потенціал регіону
The article analyzes the main demographic factors that affect the formation of labor potential in the region. It is determined that these factors include population size, natural population movement, its sex and age structure, migration processes in the region and life expectancy. The population decline of the region, which began at the end of the last century, is due to both direct and indirect factors. Negative demographic trends in the Chernihiv region are provoked mainly by living conditions, underdeveloped social infrastructure, lack of work in most settlements. Population decline is occurring among both urban and rural residents. Significant rates of rural decline are due to negative natural growth and negative migration processes. The existing labor potential is deteriorating not only qualitatively due to the lack of prospects for optimal employment among young people, but also quantitatively due to the negative demographic balance. Contributes to the negative trends in the gradual decrease of the population of the region and the mechanical movement of the population. In the region, emigration exceeds immigration. The general economic situation of the country and the region, in particular, is forcing an increasing part of the population to immigrate in search of work and better living conditions, not only to neighboring regions, but also to neighboring countries. The consequences of such processes are negative trends in the age structure of the population. The population of Chernihiv region is one of the oldest in Ukraine. The share of the elderly in the total population of the region is one of the highest in the country, which is mainly due to a significant excess of the number of deaths over the number of births. Negative demographic factors stimulate the aging process of the population of the region, which also has a very negative impact on the labor potential of the region. Reproduction of the labor potential of the region is possible only by improving the basic demographic indicators and regulating migration, which is associated with measures of socio-economic, administrative, legal nature at the national level
