Тайм-менеджмент як напрям підвищення ефективності операційної стратегії підприємства

Abstract

У статті розкрито сутність тайм-менеджменту, операційної стратегії підприємства та окреслено основи її розробки на відповідних засадах. Встановлено основні принципи та функції тайм-менеджменту в операцій¬ній діяльності. Зазначено, що боротьба за час стала основою конкурентної боротьби. А одним із напрямів підвищення ефективності операційної стратегії може стати провадження інструментарію тайм-менеджменту. The article reveals the essence of time management, the operational strategy of the enterprise and outlines the basics of its development on the appropriate basis. The basic principles and functions of time management in operational activities have been established. It is noted that the struggle for time has become the basis of competitive struggle. And one of the ways to increase the effectiveness of the operational strategy can be the implementation of time management tools.
