Представлены результаты исследования очистки диффузионного сока по способу с промежуточным отделением осадка несахаров в рациональной зоне рН переддефекации. The research results of purification of diffusion juice by the method with intermediate separation of sediment of nonsugars in the area of progressive pH of predefecation have been presented.
