Концептуальні засади формування механізму інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку підприємств харчової промисловості

Abstract

У статті досліджено теоретико-методологічні засади формування механізму інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку підприємств харчової промисловості. Обґрунтовано необхідність інтеграції інноваційної та інвестиційної складових у єдиний механізм з урахуванням галузевої специфіки. Розроблено концептуальну модель механізму, що включає цільову, функціональну та забезпечуючу підсистеми. Функціональна підсистема охоплює фінансово-економічне, матеріально-технічне, інноваційно-технологічне, організаційно-правове та інформаційно-методичне забезпечення. Визначено ключові принципи формування механізму та запропоновано модель взаємодії його елементів. Особливу увагу приділено економічним аспектам функціонування механізму та їх впливу на ефективність інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку. Розроблено методичні рекомендації щодо оцінки ефективності механізму за критеріями інноваційної активності, інвестиційної привабливості, економічної результативності та конкурентоспроможності продукції. The article explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of forming a mechanism for innovation and investment development of food industry enterprises. The study substantiates the necessity of integrating innovation and investment components into a unified mechanism, taking into account industry specifics. A conceptual model of the mechanism has been developed, encompassing target, functional, and supporting subsystems. The functional subsystem includes five key elements: financial-economic support, material-technical support, innovation-technological support, organizational-legal support, and information-methodological support. The research identifies key principles for mechanism formation and proposes a model for the interaction of its elements. The mechanism incorporates modern approaches to economic efficiency, sustainable development practices, and strategic investment planning while considering the unique characteristics of the food industry. The study emphasizes the importance of financial resource allocation optimization, economic sustainability, and effective risk management strategies in implementing innovative technologies and processes. The integration of economic aspects into the mechanism's structure ensures a comprehensive approach to innovation and investment development. Particular attention is paid to the economic features of the food industry that influence innovation and investment development, including investment intensity, capital structure optimization, economic efficiency of innovations, financial risk management, and market competition dynamics. The study analyzes the relationship between financial support and innovation activity, emphasizing the role of investment resources in achieving sustainable development goals. The paper develops methodological recommendations for evaluating the mechanism's effectiveness based on a system of economic indicators, including innovation activity metrics, investment attractiveness parameters, economic efficiency ratios, and competitiveness indicators. The evaluation methodology incorporates both quantitative and qualitative approaches to assess the mechanism's impact on enterprise development. The proposed mechanism contributes to enhancing the economic performance and competitive advantages of food industry enterprises. It provides a systematic approach to managing innovation and investment processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation and sustainable development in the context of global economic challenges. The research findings have practical significance for food industry enterprises seeking to optimize their innovation and investment activities and improve their market positions through effective economic management.
