Визначення основних небезпечних ситуацій та ризиків на підприємствах харчової промисловості в умовах військового стану

Abstract

У статті досліджено основні небезпечні ситуації та ризики, з якими стикаються підприємства харчової промисловості України в умовах воєнного стану. Розглянуто безпекові, логістичні, фінансові, кадрові та інші ризики, які суттєво впливають на їх функціонування. The article examines the main dangerous situations andrisks faced by the enterprises of thefood industry of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law. It is noted that the change in economic conditions and the growth of uncertainty led to the formation of new market communications in the conditions of electricity shortage and the impossibility of long-term planning.
