Intelligent management of an innovative oil and gas producing company under conditions of the modern system crisis

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to develop theoretical foundations of modeling and knowledge-based decision support tools at the macro level of management of oil and gas companies. The object of the research is the oil and gas industry. The subject of the research is information processes, economic and mathematical models and knowledge-based methods and tools for supporting management decisions at the strategic level regarding the economic and production aspects of the domestic oil and gas production project. The main scientific result is the creation of a concept that allows you to form a hybrid DSS of an oil and gas company based on the developed systems of economic and mathematical decision support at the macro level, oriented on knowledge and intellectual technologies. The scientific, theoretical and applied practical solutions proposed in the publication are universal for implementation by both state and private oil and gas companies - residents and non-residents in emerging markets. At the same time, for an individual company to gain additional competitive advantages, industry-specific analysis of big data is necessary, which includes collected and accumulated heuristics, expert knowledge, and project development materials. Метою дослідження є розроблення теоретичних засад моделювання та знаннєво-орієнтованих засобів підтримки прийняття рішень на макрорівні управління нафтогазовидобувними компаніями. Об’єктом дослідження є нафтогазовидобувна галузь. Предметом дослідження є інформаційні процеси, економіко-математичні моделі та орієнтовані на знання методи й засоби підтримки управлінських рішень на стратегічному рівні щодо економічних і виробничих аспектів вітчизняного нафтогазовидобувного проєкту. Головний науковий результат полягає у створенні концепції, що дає змогу формувати гібридну СППР нафтогазової компанії на основі розроблених систем економіко-математичної підтримки прийняття рішень на макрорівні, орієнтованих на знання та інтелектуальні технології. Наукові, теоретичні та прикладні практичні рішення, запропоновані в публікації, є універсальними для впровадження як державними, так і приватними нафтогазовими компаніями — резидентами та нерезидентами на ринках, що формуються. Водночас, для отримання окремою компанією додаткових конкурентних переваг необхідний галузевий аналіз великих даних, що включає зібрані й накопичені евристики, експертні знання та матеріали проєктного розвитку.
