Коучінг як стиль управління

Abstract

В статті викладено значення коучінгу як однієї із систем управління знаннями для підприємства на будь-якій стадії життєвого циклу. Наведено схему процесу кручінг – консультування. З’ясовано чим коучінг відрізняється від тренінгів. The meaning of coaching as one of the system of knowledge management for the enterprise at any stage of life cycle is given in this article. There is also a scheme or coaching process – consulting. It is figured out what is the difference between coaching and training.
