Comparative analysis of mineral water markets in Russia and Ukraine

Abstract

The trends in the markets of the mineral waters of the Russian Federation and Ukraine were studied, in particular: the role of mineral and drinking water in the segment of soft drinks was defined; the leaders of the production of mineral water were identified and the production volumes were determined by its types; shifts and seasonal variations in the rate of its production and bottling were explained. The characteristics and dynamics of water consumption was investigated in Russia and Ukraine by the consumer in the context of its species, the reasons of differences between consumption in the countries were disclosed, trends and market development were discovered.
