Abstract
Annalysis of the domestic ackohol industry show that the primary task, which needs to be addressed today is the low return on plants and environmental problem. Solving problems relate to environmental protection, cost of natural resources lies in the ecological improvement of production, which includes energy efficiency in the process, reducing the mash of waste is achieved by creating and implementing waste technologies.
