Abstract
Исследуются факторы, обусловливающие проблемный характер бытия справедливости в обществе. Рассматривается специфика взаимосвязи морального и правового аспектов функционирования данной ценности. The article examines the factors that contribute to the problematic nature of the existence of justice in society. We consider the specifics of the relationship of moral and legal aspects of the operation of the property concerned.
