Abstract
Проаналізована можливість застосування традиційної аеробної технології очищення стічних вод. Запропонований метод анаеробної ферментації концентрованих стоків. Визначена економічна та екологічна ефективність застосування анаеробно-аеробної технології очищення стічних вод різних галузей харчової промисловості.
