The article examines the main aspects of using time management in enterprise's business practices to effectively use work and personal time. Defined the basic principles of time management and main problems of inefficient use of working time. Suggested the basic techniques of time management as practical tools for improving efficiency time. У статті розглядаються основні аспекти використання тайм-менеджменту у діловій практиці підприємства для ефективного використання робочого та особистого часу. Визначено основні принципи управління часом та основні проблеми неефективного використання робочого часу. Запропоновано основні методи управління часом як практичні інструменти для підвищення ефективності часу.
