Abstract
В статті проаналізовано роль системи управління якістю в процесі забезпечення якості та безпечності харчового продукту. Розглянуто основні аспекти реалізації систем управління якістю та безпечністю продукції. Здійснено порівняння основних принципів сучасних систем управління, сформованих на основі вимог стандарту ДСТУ ISO 9001:2009, принципів НАССР, і стандарту ДСТУ ISO 22000:2007.
It is analysed the role system management of quality in the process of quality satisfaction and food products safety. In the article it is described the main aspects of the realization system of quality management and products safety. It is done the comparison of the key principles of modern management system, that are formed on the basis of the standards claims ISO 9001:2009, principles of HACCP, and standards of ISO 22000:2007.
