Abstract
В роботі вивчався вплив НВЧ-опромінення на термофільні та мезофільні бактерії в модельних розчинах дифузійного соку. Було встановлено залежність ефективності інгібування в НВЧ-полі від потужності, температури та тривалості обробки.
The influence of SHF-emission on mesofill and termofill bacterium in model solution of diffusional juice was studied in this work. Dependence of inhibition efficiency in SHF-field from capacity, temperature and treatment dutation was established.
