Використання соку цукрового сорго для біосинтезу спирту

Abstract

Наведено склад соку цукрового сорго і показано можливість його переробки в спирт. Підібрано ефективну расу дріжджів для спиртового зброджування соку. Для інтенсифікації біосинтезу спирту оптимізовано склад соку цукрового сорго джерелами азоту і фосфору. The composition of sugar sorghum juice is derived and the possibility of its processing into ethyl alcohol is demonstrated. Effective type of yeast for alcohol fermentation of such juice is found. The composition of sugar sorghum juice is optimized by nitrogen and phosphor sources for intensification of alcohol biosynthesis.
