Abstract
Встановлено оптимальні значення температури, інтенсивності аерації, об’єму поживного середовища, тривалості культивування та відсоток внесенного посівного матеріалу на які впливають на біосинтез целюлаз штамами Aspergillus sp. 262 та Corynascus sp. 2006 для отримання максимального виходу комплексу целюлолітичних ферментів.
The optimum temperature, aeration intensity, volume of culture medium, duration of cultivation and the percentage of seed which affect the biosynthesis of cellulases strains of Aspergillus sp. 262 and Corynascus sp. 2006 for obtaining maximum yield cellulase complex.
