Abstract
В статье исследовано воздействие основных факторов внешней среды на качество цельномолочной продукции, а также определено характер воздействия каждого из факторов на уровень качества и безопасности цельномолочной продукции.
The article studied the effects of major environmental factors on the quality of dairy products, as well as defined nature of the impact of each factor on the level of quality and safety of dairy products.
