Abstract
Охарактеризована діяльність молокопереробних підприємств з точки зору забруднення водних ресурсів. Запропоновано біологічні методи очищення стічних вод молокопереробних підприємств. Вказані переваги застосування способу клітинної іммобілізації для очищення стічних вод. Наведені основні параметри процесу. Експериментально підтверджена доцільність застосування способу інтенсифікації електричним струмом.
