Основні підходи до оптимізації форми консолідації капіталу державного авіабудівного концерну «Антонов»

Abstract

У статті представлені результати досліджень, які показують актуальність оптимізації існуючої форми консолідації капіталу Державного авіабудівного концерну (ДАК) «Антонов». Досліджено етапи консолідації капіталу проведені вітчизняними авіабудівельними підприємствами. Дано рекомендації щодо трансформації існуючої форми консолідації капіталу ДАК «Антонов». In the present paper, we prove the relevance of determining the appropriate form of capital consolidation as a knowledge-based aircraft manufacturer. Showing results of studies of the implementation of the capital’s consolidation of aircraft building enterprises. The justification of the feasibility of using aircraft manufacturing enterprise consolidation of capital in the form of a strategic alliance. The main risks arising from the implementation of the capital during consolidation aircraft building enterprises. Practical recommendations on the choice of the form and type of strategic alliance in the various phases of product innovation aircraft manufacturing enterprise.
