Розглянуті шляхи розвитку спиртової галузі України - науково-технічне оновлення виробництва, впровадження інноваційних ресурсо- і енергозберігаючих, екологічно безпечних технологій, зниження собівартості, підвищення якості, освоєння нових конкурентоспроможних видів продукції, в тому числі і паливного етанолу (біоетанолу).
