Abstract

Запропоновано на основі накопиченого досвіду дослідити і сформувати власну систематизацію теоретичних постулатів в історії розвитку теорії та практики управління якістю у вітчизняних та зарубіжних країнах. Based on the accumulated experience, it is proposed to investigate and formulate its own systematization of theoretical postulates in the history of the development of the theory and practice of quality management in domestic and foreign countries.
