Дослідження процесу спалювання жому цукрових буряків

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються умови безпосереднього спалювання віджатого жому із забезпеченням проведення процесу високотемпературного піролізу з газифікацією палива та можливістю отримання синтез-газу. Проведені аналітичні розрахунки для встановлення умов та режимів спалювання віджатого жому визначили найефективніші режими проведення процесу спалювання жому. На їхній підставі визначено основні вимоги до конструкцій топок для спалювання віджатого жому. The paper displays the conditions of direct burning of the pressed pulp, which ensures high-temperature pyrolysis along with fuel gasifying and potential synthesis of synthetic gas. Analytical estimation aimed for defining conditions and modes of pressed pulp burning made it possible to single out the most effective modes of pulp burning. On the grounds of this estimation were formulated the basic design requirements for the furnace units used for the pressed pulp burning.
