Методичні засади визначення механізму інвестування відтворення основних засобів

Abstract

У статті досліджується сутнісна характеристика та структурування механізму інвестування відтворення основних засобів, а також пов'язаний з ним категорійний апарат. Інвестування відтворення основних засобів розглядається як сукупність економічних відносин, які виникають між суб’єктами економіки на всіх стадіях процесу кругообороту основних засобів і характеризуються пов'язаними з ними потоками інвестиційних ресурсів. Механізм інвестування процесів відтворення основних засобів представлено як систему дій суб’єкта прийняття рішень, яка визначає послідовність, обсяги та забезпечує реалізацію процесів відтворення основних засобів і їх інвестування у відповідності до стратегічних цілей. Механізм інвестування відтворення основних засобів пропонується розглядати з використанням структурного, сценарного та процесного підходів, що дозволить більш всебічно відобразити сутність даного механізму та удосконалити можливості його практичного використання.

The essential characteristic and structuring of investing of fixed assets reproduction mechanism and also categorical aggregate connected with it are investigated in this article. The investing of fixed assets reproduction is considered as the aggregate of economic relations, which takes place between subjects of economics during all stages of process of fixed assets circulation and characterizes by the investing of recourses flows dealing with this. The mechanism of fixed assets reproduction processes is introduced as the system of activities of subject, which takes decision and determines the sequence, size and provides realization of fixed assets reproduction processes and it's investing investment dealing with strategic aims. The mechanism of fixed assets reproduction processes is proposed to be considered with the usage of structure, scenario and process methods of approach, which allows to represent the essence of this mechanism more thoroughly and to improve opportunities of it's usage.
