Перспективи використання пробіотичних мікроорганізмів в функціональних продуктах харчування та медицині

Abstract

Розглянуто можливість використання пробіотичних мікроорганізмів з імуномодулюючими властивостями щодо удосконалення якісних характеристик функціональних продуктів харчування та пробіотиків. Наведено механізми реалізації імуномодулюючих властивостей пробіотичними мікроорганізмами та представниками мікробіоти. The possibility of using probiotic microorganisms with immunomodulatory properties for improving the quality characteristics of functional foods and probiotics were considered. Mechanisms of immunomodulatory properties, which including immunostimulation, immunosuppression and and bipolar action, probiotic microorganisms and representatives of the microbiota of macroorganism were implemented. Modulation of immunological reactivity - one of the important mechanisms of probiotic microorganisms that can be the basis for the differentiated application of probiotic drugs for the prevention and treatment of different spectrum diseases was described. Comprehensive assessment of all components of the modulation of immune reactivity allows to define the required character of immunomodulation, composition of probiotics and Functional Foods and regime and dosage of application was shown.
