Значення гастротуризму як складової HoReCa у післявоєнному відновленні України

Abstract

Гастрономічний туризм є перспективним напрямом для індустрії гостинності в сучасному світі. Даний напрям туризму допомагає ознайомити туристів з такою частиною місцевої культури, як національна кулінарія що є особливо актуальним для післявоєнного відновлення України. Гастрономічний туризм приваблює людей тим, що дозволяє не лише побачити нові місця, а й пізнати культуру через смакові відчуття. Національні страви, локальні продукти та кулінарні традиції розкривають особливості регіону, його історію та спосіб життя. Це унікальний досвід, що поєднує подорожі з відкриттям гастрономічних скарбів світу, сприяючи кращому розумінню різних культур. Зважаючи на актуальність даної теми, у статті досліджується сутність та особливості гастрономічного туризму та інноваційні підходи до його організації в умовах післявоєнного відновлення України.Gastronomic tourism is a promising direction for the hospitality industry in the modern world. National dishes, local products and culinary traditions reveal the peculiarities of the region, its history and way of life. This is a unique experience that combines travel with the discovery of gastronomic treasures of the world, contributing to a better understanding of different cultures. Taking into account the relevance of this topic, the article examines the essence and peculiarities of gastronomic tourism and innovative approaches to its organization in the conditions of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine
