Abstract

Досліджено основні поняття бізнес-планування на підприємстві як суб’єкті господарювання. Виявлена актуальність оптимізації бізнес-планування виробничих процесів. Представлені основні методи та принципи моделювання бізнес-процесів, що дозволить суб’єктам господарювання оптимізувати процеси виробництва продукції, виконання робіт та надання послуг. Basic concepts are investigational business-planning on an enterprise as subject of menage. Actuality of optimization is educed business-planning of productive processes. Basic methods and principles of design of business processes, that will allow to the subjects of menage to optimize the processes of production of goods, implementation of works and grant of services, are presented.
