Методичні підходи до визначення складових ресурсного потенціалу аграрних підприємств

Abstract

У статті досліджено сутність понять «ресурси», «потенціал» та «ресурсний потенціал». Визначено, що трактування поняття «ресурсний потенціал аграрного підприємства», як наявні ресурси та його невикористані можливості щодо ефективного поєднання ресурсів перебуває у процесі постійного вдосконалення та сутнісного наповнення через зміни у тлумаченні ресурсів підприємства та їх складу. Визначено, що рівень ресурсного потенціалу визначає можливості підприємства в умовах конкуренції, ефективне використання ресурсів і їх перетворення на виробничі результати сприяють стабільному розвитку, підвищенню продуктивності та економічній ефективності. Запропоновано вигляд математичної моделі ресурсного потенціалу аграрного підприємства. Розглянуто основні складові ресурсного потенціалу аграрних підприємств: земельні ресурси (основний фактор виробництва, що визначає масштаби та напрямки сільськогосподарської діяльності), трудові ресурси (ключовий компонент, який забезпечує виробничий процес та ефективне функціонування галузі), матеріально-технічні ресурси (техніка, обладнання, будівлі, паливно-мастильні матеріали, добрива, насіння та інші матеріальні засоби, необхідні для ведення господарської діяльності), фінансові ресурси (прибуток підприємства, кредити, інвестиції, державні субсидії та гранти, що забезпечують можливість інвестування в модернізацію, розширення виробництва, покращення матеріально-технічної бази та впровадження новітніх технологій), інформаційні ресурси (науково-технічна інформація, економічна інформація; маркетингова інформація, регуляторно-правова інформація, метеорологічні та природні дані). Запропоновано математичні моделі для визначення складових ресурсного потенціалу аграрного підприємства та окреслено напрямки подальших наукових досліджень - оцінювання ресурсного потенціалу та визначення шляхів його ефективного використання в умовах сучасного ринку. The article explores the essence of the concepts of "resources", "potential" and "resource potential". It is determined that the interpretation of the concept of "resource potential of an agricultural enterprise" as available resources and its unused opportunities for the effective combination of resources is in the process of constant improvement and substantial filling due to changes in the interpretation of the enterprise's resources and their composition. It has been determined that the level of resource potential determines the capabilities of an enterprise in competitive conditions, the effective use of resources and their transformation into production results contribute to stable development, increased productivity and economic efficiency. The form of a mathematical model of the resource potential of an agricultural enterprise is proposed. The main components of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises are considered: land resources (the main factor of production that determines the scale and directions of agricultural activity), labor resources (a key component that ensures the production process and the effective functioning of the industry), material and technical resources (machinery, equipment, buildings, fuels and lubricants, fertilizers, seeds and other material resources necessary for conducting economic activities), financial resources (enterprise profits, loans, investments, state subsidies and grants that provide the opportunity to invest in modernization, expansion of production, improvement of the material and technical base and introduction of the latest technologies), information resources (scientific and technical information, economic information; marketing information, regulatory and legal information, meteorological and natural data). Mathematical models are proposed to determine the components of the resource potential of an agricultural enterprise and directions for further scientific research are outlined - assessing resource potential and determining ways of its effective use in modern market conditions.
