Інтенсивність інноваційного розвитку – прискорювач трансферу технологій

Abstract

У статті розглядається інтенсивність інноваційного розвитку як один з інструментів прискорення трансферу технологій, що сприяє збільшенню розповсюдження нових наукових та техніко-технологічних досягнень; акцентується увага на змісті передачі технології, напрямах розробки інструментів трансферу технологій, сфері новітніх технологій, де головним об’єктом трансферу технологій є права інтелектуальної власності, а також на створенні, розвитку та підтримці інноваційно-інтелектуального середовища; розглядається інтенсивність інноваційного розвитку як прискорювача трансферу технологій, з урахуванням його функцій, та впровадження організаційних форм в інноваційно-інтелектуальному середовищі.The article considers the intensity of innovative development as one of the tools for accelerating the transfer of technologies, which contributes to increasing the spread of new scientific, technical and technological achievements; attention is focused on the content of technology transfer, directions of development of technology transfer tools, the field of the latest technologies, where the main object of technology transfer is intellectual property rights, as well as on the creation, development and support of an innovative and intellectual environment; the intensity of innovative development is considered as an accelerator of technology transfer, taking into account its functions, and the implementation of organizational forms in the innovative and intellectual environment.
