Вплив лляного екстракту на хімічний склад гранульованих кормових сумішей

Abstract

В статті наведено результати дослідження хімічного складу кормових сумішей до та після гранулювання. Аналіз даних представлених в роботі показує, що введення лляного екстракту приводить до зміни стану біополімерів: крохмалю, білків, жирів і значно покращує кормову цінність кормових сумішей. The article presents the results of the study of the chemical composition of feed mixtures before and after granulation. Analysis of the data presented in the paper shows that the introduction of flaxseed extract leads to changes in the state of biopolymers, starch, protein, fat and significantly improves the feeding value of feed mixtures.
