Prospects for the use of emerging technologies in occupational health and safety management at food industry enterprises

Abstract

The study addresses the improvement of the occupational health and safety management system at food industry enterprises through the integration of modern information and digital technologies. It analyzes the effectiveness of using artificial intelligence, robotics, IoT, UAVs, exoskeletons, and VR/AR for occupational risk assessment, which significantly enhances the quality and timeliness of management decisions regarding workplace safety. Розглянуто питання вдосконалення системи управління охороною праці на підприємствах харчової промисловості шляхом інтеграції сучасних інформаційних та цифрових технологій. Проаналізовано ефективність використання штучного інтелекту, робототехніки, IoT, безпілотників, екзоскелетів та VR/AR для оцінки професійних ризиків, що дозволяє суттєво підвищити якість і своєчасність прийняття управлінських рішень у сфері безпеки праці.
