| dc.description.abstract | New added value is dynamically formed in the process of testing digital technologies to maximize profit. The computational capabilities of digital tools provide a global reformatting of labor and capital markets, as well as people's consciousness. The paradigm of change includes digital innovation as a development tool, creativity as an economic force, ethics as a business norm, and sustainable development as the basis of the future. Rapid implementation of changes (as laid down in the philosophy of digitalization in 5-10 years) requires science to develop adaptive policies. The purpose of the study was to study the theoretical aspects of the formation of the concept of creative and digital economy in the formation of value chains in the new economy (neoeconomics) as a systemic phenomenon. This requires understanding the paradigm of change and strengthening the dialogue on the concept of coexistence of subjects in the new economy. The essence of the creative economy is defined as a comprehensive integration of innovations in different sectors and industries, based on an intellectual idea aimed at innovative development and increasing the efficiency of the economy and creating added value. The main philosophy is innovation through ideas: the use of intellectual capital; significant impact of digital technologies, focus on global markets. | |
