Особливості розвитку інтеграційних процесів в АПК України

Abstract

Визначено особливості розвитку інтеграційних процесів в агропромисловому комплексі України. Дослідження стратегічних переваг для учасників інтеграційної взаємодії дозволило виділити конкурентні переваги, сформовані у сфері технологічного розвитку, забезпечення ресурсами, каналів розподілу. Доведено, що переваги, які отриманні інтегрованими структурами в економіці, з часом можуть стати перешкодами економічного розвитку окремих галузей, регіонів або країни.

Economic development as at global as at national levels is characterized by the proliferation of integration trends. It is actualized question of validity of the formation of informational systems, determination of their strengths and development problems, studying of characteristics of the integration processes in agriculture and food industry in Ukraine. The features of the integration processes in agro-industrial complex of Ukraine are determined. Established that the main motives of cooperation of agricultural enterprises is the need to ensure stable revenue by creating your own sound resource base, forming permanent markets for their products, expanding areas of consolidation of capital. The research of strategic benefits for members of the integration interaction helps to make the competitive advantages that are formed in the process of development, sourcing, distribution channels. It is proved that the benefits that received with integrated structures may eventually impede the economic development of certain sectors, regions or countries. Found out the problem, which can specify a low efficiency of the integrated union.
