Abstract
Розглянуто електродіаліз, як метод демінералізації молочної сироватки. Наведені експериментальні результати на основі яких показано негативний вплив пасивації іонообмінних мембран важкорозчинними сполуками. Запропоноване вирішення проблеми осадоутворення на мембранах.
