Abstract

У даній статті обґрунтовано необхідність розроблення плану проектних робіт при проведенні автоматизації організації. Виокремлено основні складові проекту, що впливають на якість його реалізації. Розглянуто методи удосконалення процедури виконання плану проектних робіт, та управління ресурсами на усіх етапах автоматизації підприємства. Доведено що використання плану при автоматизації позитивно впливає на результат впровадження. Approaches used in the development of project plans. When planning the use of resources for the project considered that the construction of the project structure projected expenditure data for each of the works detailed restrictions in the form of general (common) plans, with lower resource planning stage is the initiation amended refinements and adjustments to the overall plan. It is shown that the use of the plan for automating positively affect the outcome of implementation.
