Анотація В статті викладено результати досліджень у сфері розвитку інтеграційних процесів підприємств, проаналізовано світовий досвід інтеграційних процесів, визначено мотиви для інтеграції, запропоновано комплекс вертикальних обмежень щодо активізації інтеграційних процесів.Annotation In the article the results of researches are expounded in the field of development of integration processes of enterprises, world experience of integration processes is analysed, certainly reasons for integration, the complex of vertical limitations is offered in relation to activation of integration processes.
