Abstract

У статті розглядається використання відкритих електронних ресурсів в організаційно-інформаційному процесі вищого навчального закладу. Аналізується вплив інформаційних ресурсів академічних бібліотек на якість освітньої діяльності. The article deals with the use of open electronic resources in the organizational and informational process of a higher educational institution. The influence of information resources of academic libraries on the quality of educational activity is analyzed. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the further development of open electronic resources of higher education institutions libraries, which is closely interrelated with the quality of educational activities. To teach the education provider to work rationally with information, to form his/ her information culture are the main tasks for the present time. Independent education of applicants is an integral part of the educational process at the university. It is the libraries that must respond promptly to all changes in the curriculum and be one of the key elements in ensuring the formation of a scientific outlook for educational instructors. Creating own electronic information resources, namely electronic libraries, full-text databases, electronic archives and open access to them is an important part of maintaining the proper level of higher education in Ukraine.
