Удосконалення управління логістичними витратами на прикладі ТДВ «Яготинський маслозавод»

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано роботи зарубіжних та вітчизняних вчених щодо сутності логістичних витрат та їх впливу на діяльність підприємства. Враховуючи різноманітність думок проаналізованих експертів, було запропоновано власне визначення поняття "логістичні витрати". У сучасних умовах підтримувати високий рівень конкурентоспроможності суб’єктів господарювання досить важко. Для цього підприємству необхідно сформувати ефективний механізм управління логістичними витратами. Така система має забезпечувати підприємству оптимальний рівень логістичних витрат в умовах виробництва. На жаль, українські підприємства не приділяють достатньої уваги управлінню витратами на логістику. Тому на прикладі ТДВ «Яготинський маслозавод» у статті було розглянуто логістичну систему, запропоновано захід, який дозволить знизити величину логістичних витрат на маслозаводі, та проведено аналіз його доцільності експертним методом.

The article analyzes the work of foreign and domestic scientists on the nature of logistics costs and their impact on the activities of the enterprise. Given the diversity of opinions of the Experts analyzed, our own definition of the concept of "logistics costs" was compiled. We proposed to consider logistics costs as expenses of the enterprise associated with stream processes that ensure the movement of tangible assets in the logistics system, that is, expenses that arise during the entire logistics path from choosing a supplier to transporting finished products to the consumer. In modern conditions, maintaining a high level of competitiveness is quite difficult. To do this, the company needs to reduce total costs while maintaining the appropriate quality of its products. This is possible subject to the formation of an effective system of logistics costs management, which will ensure the optimal level of logistics costs in the production environment. The process of managing logistics costs should be considered as a set of procedures aimed at determining the optimal value of logistics costs. The concept of managing logistics costs should be aimed at solving the problems of optimizing the value of the logistics chain, analyzing the relationship between the magnitude of costs and the profitability of the system and increasing the profitability of the enterprise. One of the priority tasks of domestic enterprises at the present stage is to improve the management of logistics costs, in particular, reducing them to a rational level, which will allow to achieve growth in the economic efficiency of the enterprise. Therefore, the presence of an effective logistics cost management system at the enterprise is one of the main competitive advantages. Unfortunately, Ukrainian enterprises do not provide enough attention to the management of logistics costs. Therefore, using the example of a Ukrainian enterprise, the article examined the logistics system, proposed an event that would optimize the level of logistics costs, and analyzed the feasibility of this event, which showed that the company could significantly reduce costs in several cost items.
