Формування системи соціального партнерства в Україні

Abstract

Розглянуто сутність системи соціального партнерства, як основи відтворення демократичних політико-економіч- них відносин, формування механізмів узгодження інтересів суспільних груп, що спроможні гарантувати еволюційний розвиток держави, запобігати значним внутрішнім конфліктам і забезпечувати соціальний мир та злагоду. Визначено основні складові елементи та система індикаторів розвитку системи соціального партнерства. Запропоновані шляхи вдосконалення системи соціального партнерства в Україні. Essence of the system of social partnership is considered, as recreation bases of democratic politically economic relations, forming of mechanisms of concordance of interests of groups of communities, which are able to guarantee evolutional development of the state, prevent considerable internal conflicts and provide the social world and consent, The basic component elements and system of development indicators of the system of social partnership are definite. Offered the ways of perfection of the system of social partnership is considered in Ukraine.
