dc.description.abstractПроблема забезпечення військовослужбовців раціонально збалансованим харчуванням на основі нових харчових продуктів та дієтичних добавок набирає особливої ваги і має стати актуальним предметом досліджень як науковців, так і практиків. Конструювання, виробництво та споживання нових харчових продуктів для військовослужбовців має здійснюватись лише на підставі науково обґрунтованих і перевірених практикою медико-біологічних принципів, нових технологій перероблення сільськогосподарської та лікарської сировини на оздоровчі продукти і гарантією абсолютної безпеки такої продукції для споживачів
dc.description.abstractThe problem of providing military personnel with a rationally balanced diet based on new food products and dietary supplements is gaining particular importance and should become an urgent subject of research by both scientists and practitioners. The design, production and consumption of new food products for military personnel should be carried out only on the basis of scientifically based and proven medical and biological principles, new technologies for processing agricultural and medicinal raw materials into health products and a guarantee of the absolute safety of such products for consumers
