Розроблення проєкту екотуристичних шляхів на обє'ктах природно-заповідного фонду регіону

Abstract

Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням розроблення проєкту екотуристичних шляхів на об’єктах природно-заповідного фонду регіону. Проаналізовано та систематизовано розглянути процес формування екологічної мережі регіону як складової екологічного менеджменту. Розкрито диференційований підхід до формування заходів та інструментів регіонального екологічного менеджменту на прикладі Рівненської області. Розроблено проекти екологічних шляхів на базі об’єктів природно-заповідного фонду Рівненської області, обґрунтовано ефективність від запровадження пропонованих проектів. Наведено переконливі аргументи для необхідності формування екологічної мережі та реалізації проектів екологічних шляхів і визначено, що розвиток екологічного туризму на Рівненщині прямо пов’язаний з продовженням створення екологічної мережі. The article is devoted to the topical issues of the development of the project of ecotourism routes on the objects of the nature reserve fund of the region. The process of forming the ecological network of the region as a component of ecological management has been analyzed and systematized. A differentiated approach to the formation of measures and tools of regional environmental management on the example of the Rivne region is revealed. Projects of ecological routes have been developed on the basis of the objects of the nature reserve fund of the Rivne region, the effectiveness of the implementation of the proposed projects has been substantiated. Convincing arguments are given for the need to form an ecological network and implement projects of ecological routes, and it is determined that the development of ecological tourism in the Rivne region is directly related to the continuation of the creation of an ecological network. Thus, the advantages of implementing the proposed projects are: protection and preservation of the objects of the nature reserve fund; development of the ecological network of the region; preservation of the natural environment; sustainable development of the region; creation of a new ecological tourist product; stimulating the development of rural tourism, weekend tourism; development of domestic tourism; improvement of recreational infrastructure; activation of communication between participants of the market of tourist services; promotion of the tourism potential of the region; educational activity and raising environmental awareness of society; attracting investors for the future development of the region; improving the functioning of environmental management in the context of ensuring environmental security of the region. Each new element of the network strengthens the natural resource potential of ecological tourism, creates new prerequisites for the expansion of the route base, promotes sustainable development, and certainly plays an important role in ensuring the ecological safety of the region. The developed projects primarily have environmental protection motives: preservation of the environment for future generations, formation of an ecological network and sustainable development of the Rivne region.
