Науково-технічні основи пiдвищення ефективностi роботи та довговічності клапанних гомогенізаторів

Abstract

Дисертація узагальнює результати теоретичних і експериментальних досліджень з метою підвищення ефективності та довговічності обладнання для здійснення процесу гомогенізації - клапанних гомогенізаторів тиску (ГТ). There are results of high pressure homogenization research in the aspect of improving homogenization valves and piston durability, increasing homogenization efficiency and lessening its needs for energy. The analyse of influence of separated geometric elements of valves on effect of homogenisation, life-time operation and energetical efficiency are presented in the work. The results of experiment with homogenization using gaps that are smaller than the ones used in typical constructions and a length of valve gap shorter then usually used. Work results for these constructions occurs most efficiently. The standard deviation of the dispersed particles size homogenized in analyzing construction are smaller domain than in valves with using greater length and height of gaps.
