Підвищення ефективності роботи і довговічності олійних пресів

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена підвищенню ефективності роботи і довговічності олійних пресів. Визначені основні фактори, обумовлюючі обмеження напрацювання і строк служби деталей зеєрного тракту преса. Показано, що одним з основних факторів, який визначає ефективність роботи пресів є робота вихідного вузла преса. Різний характер і механізм спрацювання деталей зеєрного тракту: корозійномеханічний–на вхідній і абразивний разом з корозійно-механічним – на вихіднійділянці преса. Thesis is devoted to improving the performance and durability oil presses. The main factors contributing to the restriction developments and component life zeernogo tract press. It has been shown that one of the the main factors that determines the efficiency of the presses is work coming press unit . Different character set and wear mechanism details zeernogo tract : corrosion- mechanical - the inlet and abrasive with corrosion- mechanical - on the outgoing portion of the press. In accordance with this proposed two physical models wear for different sections of press: corrosion and abrasion adsorption , adsorption effect of aggravated softening of the surface elements with hydrogen wear.
